Nu vyksta tokie dalykai ir nereik bijot pripažint klaidų, visi žmonės visi klysta. gi ir NBA būna kad atšaukia mainus ir padalina baudas. Čia esmė ne kritikuot o parodyt kad tokie dalykai vyksta ir sugalvot kaip padaryt kad to nebūtų. O ne duot baudą tam kas apie tai šneka ir tiketis kad tai pasimirš, o tie ks padrė išsigas kad kitą kartą nepraslys |
| Sajtóüzenet érvényesítve | 104 Sz 15 n. 14:08 | Siūlau raportuoti FPC narį dėl nesąžiningo elgesio, nes jis akivaizdžiai dalyvavo vidinėse FPC diskusijose ir anksčiau sužinojo, kad salary drop jau galima daryti su 6pot žaidėju (ankstesnė riba buvo 7pot) ir FPC viešai to neiškomiunikavus pasinaudojo tarnybine padėtimi. Tai yra nesąžininga kitų vartotojų atžvilgiu, kurie iki šiol galvojo reikia minimum 7pot žaidėjo. |

We consulted with him on multiple topics, appreciated his input, and thanked him for his support. Over time, our views began to diverge, and unfortunately, HeyHoudini wasn’t open to the idea of simply agreeing to disagree. In recent seasons, his behavior has become increasingly destructive. Removing all members from the Discord server was just one example. I don’t believe the reasons he gave to the community were sincere. It seems he no longer cares about the game or the community, and instead is trying to cause as much damage as possible on his way out. There were many other ways he could have handled things without causing harm. That’s where we have to draw the line. No more tolerance for lies. No more space for trolling. Let’s shift our focus back to improving the game and supporting the people who genuinely want to enjoy and contribute to it—not those looking to stir up trouble just to prove a point. |

Rumor has it that for a fee of 10k credits you can talk and enter the discord server. (not official, just rumors) |

In the past few seasons, the relationship between the administration and HeyHoudini went in the wrong direction. It seems that the server administration decided to remove all members from the server. This was done without any communication or suggestions on how we could avoid it. Theoretically, all information is still there, but no one can access it. What’s next: Our priorities remain the same – our top priority is updates in finances (national leagues, short playoff series). After that, we plan to stop other updates and focus on creating a new official Discord server. We’ll let you know once that’s done. |

Game administration never invested into the server itself (financially or human resources) while my personal time had to be used with no "thank you". Darius has mentioned for LT community that he has plans for new server on January 25th, 2025, so it should be in the works for quite a while. Getting negative feedback from administration and then nothing for updating what was asked - my choice was to close the server. For someone interested: - it takes up to an hour to create simple server with no cost of running it. (Basic help/suggestions/bugs channels) - it takes around 3-5 hours to create a server that I had made for you guys with multiple channels and roles for each different federation. (Also extra time to maintain if wanted new discord features roll out + updating to new federations manually). If game administration does everything, no cost at all - it takes around 2 to 6 weeks to create automized server where you can link your discord to the team you manage so no manual work has to be done due to API and discord bot usage, issue is that it has cost around 5-25€ per month. As I mentioned, received nothing, relationship with administration went south, just more hate and distrust. I apologize for basketpulse community, as I said - both parties at fault for no intention to find solutions. |

Having access to multiple teams creates many different ways to cheat (not only through trading between these teams). In the past, we tried to punish users only when we were 100% sure they were cheating. But that wasn’t effective. Users kept finding new ways to cheat, and these investigations simply took too much time. For this problem, we had a few possible solutions: 1. Forbid playing from the same IP entirely 2. Forbid trading/lending without PREMIUM 3. Allow only ONE team to participate in trading/borrowing We chose the solution (3) that is least harmful to the community. So, for those who have other users on the same IP – please read and follow the rules. |

When I brought up such idea of seeking clarifications, mostly it was ignored even though a few I think would fit into here described cases. I was accused of making noise and reporting hundreds of old trades - but then it is surprising to see here a total of "only" 113 ;). In that case, I believe, the FPC was not able to filter their emotions aside, because I reported around 15-20 of trades also adding reasoning, but all were voted 100% fair. Also, I received a warning for unfair behavior approx. one week after my last messages. Even though I was the "guilty" one, it seems that afterwards the order and holding to some kind of principles increased. We do not need all of us to agree on the applied principle, but at least it has to be applied in the same way for all of the users. |

Pasikartosiu - sprendimai yra priimami balsuojant individualiai. Sprendimus priima skirtingi asmenys iš skirtingų federacijų. Nuomonių pasidalinimas - normali praktika bet kokio organo balsavimuose. Tai, kad kai kada trūksta paaiškinimo ir komunikacijos, sutinku. Tikiuosi, kad iniciatyva išleisti sprendimų raportą pandegs bent kažkokią problemos dalį. Dar kartą pasikartoju, kad dėl individualių sprendimų (elgesio, mainų), galite kreiptis į mane ir mes galime padiskutuoti. Per praėjusį sezoną gavau virš keliolika užklausų dėl planuojamų mainų - manau, kad ši praktika yra teisinga ir efektyvi, siūlau tęsti, kam tai aktualu. |

Pasiūlyti "per daug" yra sunkiai apskaičiuojamas dalykas, tad ką seniai FPC darė, tai jeigu žaidėjas būdavo atleidžiamas per pirmas 2 savaites, nubausdavo tokį vartotoją. Kad andriuss norėjo žaidėjo ir galėjo jam tiek mokėti nei FPC, nei kiti žaidimo dalyviai neturi kaip patikrinti.Čia yra baisi FPC "kliurka", kur bausti, kad tik bausti situacija. Mūsų prezidento bandymas ginti FPC nepateikiant jokių skaičių ir imant tik 1 sezoną kaip pavyzdį yra tragikomedija. Dragiux komentarai į tai ir beda pirštu.Dabar gaunam situaciją, jog FPC gali kontroliuoti ir rinką, nors prieš tai nesikišdavo, nebent kaip minėjau, žaidėjai nuperkami už didelius pinigus ir atleidžiami per pirmas 2 savaites |
