Hello,
it is not uncommon for the emotions of the community to be stirred up by the decisions of the Fair Play Committee (FPC). This week we discussed with FPC members how to improve the quality of decision-making and I would like to share the results.
What have we changed?
Simplified decision-making
FPC focus is on stopping cheating. Not on sanctioning teams if they are doing “not perfect” trade. So:
FPC vote Punish only when 100% sure that trade made is cheating.
FPC vote Revert only when a member thinks that this is cheating (for example, unbalanced trades and a member believes that these users could be somehow related or helping each other).
FPC vote Fair in all other cases (it is OK to make unbalanced trades if a member believes that these users are not related).
What is considered cheating?
1. The trade must benefit both teams in some way (financially, roster-wise, etc.).
It is OK to trade an expensive good player for a worse and cheaper one. Such trades should not be abused.
2. Trades cannot be used to help another user. Each club must seek the maximum benefit for its team.
3. Any trade with a non-functional club (which is about to quit a game, or that is designed to get rid of "garbage players", or makes majority of trades that are illogical, etc.) is considered cheating.
4. Providing false information about a player in order to complete a trade (e.g. skills, experience, training information) is considered cheating.
5. Using game's bugs to gain an advantage is also considered cheating.
We encourage discussion prior voting
We encouraged the FPC to create a separate channel on the FPC Discord channel for each report of unfair trading and to have their say before making a vote.
This will help to share information with each other and hopefully contribute to improving the quality of decisions.
What do we expect from the community?
We want the community to help FPC make quality decisions.
When sending a trade offer, we recommend commenting in the trade message how the exchange is beneficial for both teams. This will help to evaluate the mutual benefit easier.

Important. FPC members volunteer and spend valuable personal time to help with the game and trades' evaluation. Please report suspicious trades only if you are sure that the teams are cheating.
