I think tactival coches will be ok. Training coaches will be a problem because they won't have improvement jumps.
And the update is handled ok it was announced 3-4 seasons ago and yet people are here surprised. The update's content is a different matter but we need to wait and see how it will look in practice.

It take at least 6 seasons to train coach to that level unless he is changed player or have very high potential and with potential salary let's say 5k for coach and you cannot trade them to train one season this next this so you need have 4 coaches around 12 in single skill and around 3-5k in salary so 15k, oh and you have youth team so you need 4 next coaches with 12. Oh there aren't many on market like that so now it isn t 3-5k it is 5-10k. So you need to sacrifice type of training or just don't train players.

So at 60 years old, a coach with say a 12 in athletics will be 9 maximum after 1 year? That is ridiculous if so. In the USA you don't retire from any job until over 65 at a minimum. It should have a smooth curve where training slows down over time and then starts decreasing slowly, with the rate of decline going up every year.

And by the way, if we're talking about changes that would add some value to the game, maybe you could do something to make the mid range useful in this game.

i have a feeling, that every change excludes some part of players/coaches from the game. short players are excludes, beacause they are mostly useless. old players same. now old coaches. there are lots of players on the market nobody bids on. you should imho try to include players/coaches to the game. give a reason for us to fit them to our teams, not otherways. the economy should be better, because now people bids for small percentage of players and they wages rise. when more players will be usefull, prices will go down. please work on that.
I didn't like this change from beginning, because it gives nothing. it is irrelevant. go for other changes, like better 2m efficiency, usuefull dribbling skill, some advantages to short players. something, what has influence to daily game rather, than to many season calculating.
people are leaving game because they cannot handle economy or ME is unpredictable. no new player will enjoy old coach's skill reduction over the season.

I don't understand why the problem of the national leagues is not solved. In leagues where there are powerful teams, nobody wants to play in the first division.
In Spain we already have 5 teams in WL1 plus many in WL2 trying to promote, so the most you can fight for is to be 8.
Right now you earn between 3-4k more per game than in the second division, for an average of 9 games, let's say 27-36k more at the box office. By entering the top 8 in second, you are already earning more than that, between 20-30k more if you are first or second.
To this we must add that first of all you are going to lose image and fans due to defeats.
In short, playing in NL1, if you do not enter the playoff, means:
-20-30k per season
-Loss of fans
-Image loss
With that we find playoff results 20-27, with both teams trying NOT to WIN with all their might.
It's absurd, there is no sport where the worst team in the first division does not DOUBLE IN INCOME the best in the second division. And here I'm not saying that income will double, but at least it won't be DISASTROUS to play in the best category in your country, it's totally absurd.
I think there may be easy solutions, or am I missing something:
-Give prizes at the end of the season to the 12 teams (at least to compensate for the economy)
-Increase the box office in leagues where you play against high RT teams. It's absurd to have 2000 interest playing against a WL1 playoff team
This seems more important to me than other topics such as design or coaches, which worries practically all managers who are not in WL1, and which goes against the competitiveness of the game.

We have discussed this topic multiple times and reviewed various ideas on how to address it.
The last time, I believe, was in the previous season’s press conferences, where I explained why we are not working in this area: https://www.basketpulse.com/en/Press/21147754/read
It's good that you keep highlighting problematic areas, as sometimes we may genuinely forget certain issues.
However, with this particular issue, we are well aware of the problem.
We have explored all possible solutions but couldn’t find a quick, effective fix.
For a larger and more complex solution, we simply don’t have the resources.
Currently, we are already behind on multiple tasks, facing other issues, and do not plan to make changes to national leagues anytime soon — at least not with our current finances.

hello Darius, first of all, thanks for the answer, I don't know if I'm missing something, but with a few small changes many of the problems of the national leagues would be equalized:
Experience, the same "X" per national league game regardless of the rival. This way the bot leagues and few users do not lose experience -Box office depending on the rival (top leagues, high box office) -Similar final prizes in all of them (so if you have bots you win less at the box office), not the same, but not with huge differences like now. -Prizes for the 12, being superior to the lower division, this way you encourage promotion, so that being in a higher league does not mean losing money, and in leagues with few users you do not win as much in the games and they have final prizes I don't know, maybe I'm missing something, but these are the main problems I see.

Unfortunately, that would fix one problem but create another. I believe I responded to similar suggestions in previous discussions.
Additionally, updates regarding finances are always risky and time-consuming. A lot of calculation and testing is needed; otherwise, we risk increasing inflation.

The issue with the national league have existed for a long time, and almost every season, someone brings it up for discussion. I think you should seriously face this problem and prioritize resolving it, instead of allowing it to persist. I believe that compared to developing new features, everyone would much rather see the issue with the national league thoroughly resolved.

Darius does not work for nothing. Any upgrade must bring Darius a profit. If you want an update with the National League, then throw money at the programmer's 6-month salary, who might be able to do something.

Tai jeigu prie pat ribos yra tai normalu, kad kris. Kur čia problema? Dabar už tai daug greičiau auga tie treneriai, tai nebebus problemų naują užsiauginti.
