You represent the female part of basketball fans, is there any data on how many female managers there are in Basket Pulse?
We don't have such statistics. Judging from the usernames, I would say that there are a few but really not many.
Have you ever played basketball or are you limited to just cheering?
Yes, I love playing basketball. It is my number 1 choice for doing sports. When I was a little child, I played basketball with my father and brother. At school age I attended basketball school and learned to play basketball. While studying in the university we often used to play basketball with friends - we spent our freetime this way. After finishing university, I started working and had much less time. So, I used to play basketball regularly once a week, with my friends. Now I have 3 little children and very little time is left. However, I still play basketball whenever I have a chance (unfortunately, it is pretty rare).
As for cheering, I used to watch all important matches of my favourite teams (Kauno Zalgiris and Lithuanian national team). However, as I have 3 little children now, I can not follow them that closely now.
Do you spend a lot of time administering the game?
Presently I spend about half of workday working on the game.
Tell us why the name of the club is "Onions"?
"Onions" is translated from Lithuanian word "Cibuliai", which is a dialectal word for "Onion" (not a standard Lithuanian word). 15 years ago I thought that this word sounded fun and that an onion wouldn't be an easy opponent (because of its ability to bring tears).

Three positions (FPC member, president of Polish Federation and manager of U21 National Team of Poland), please tell us, is it easy to reconcile all of them at once?
Since somehow I'm still able to do all three, I guess it is possible to reconcile them.
Do you have plans for how long you will hold the position of president of the federation?
I had no plans to become president in the first place, I was "blackmailed" by Artemix into becoming president. If someone is willing to become new president, I don't see a problem with someone else trying their hand at it.
Tell us a little bit about what contact with the game administration is like, how do you think they evaluate the Polish community?
Contact with the administration is mainly with Dwyane3, although I also had a conversation with Darius regarding one of the summaries that I wrote for the administration at the end of the season. I don't remember what exactly the conversation was about, but it was about one of the suggestions submitted by us. The contact is generally quite good, you won't necessarily get an answer right away, but there's nothing to complain about. I also have contact with Darius as a member of FPC, because he also participates in some matters there when administrator intervention is needed. When it comes to the assessment of the Polish community, I will mainly base it on how Dwyane3 treats us, since he is the main contact with the administration and in my opinion we are perceived in a very positive light, mainly due to the fact that we are actually engaged and active group in the game. We came up with several interesting initiatives for our community and each time they were appreciated by the administration, as evidenced by scout bonuses and in-game credits that we, as a federation, received and transferred in 100% to members of our community.
Finally, tell us what are your plans for the future of your club?
After the first two matches of this season, I think there will be a desperate fight to stay in the league, even though I have "strengthened" myself. The long-term plan is to maintain finances at reasonable level and finally get something interesting from the scout, so that I will have player around who I would build my team in the future, because at the moment my "security" for the future is starting to look a bit mediocre.
Thank you for the interview and I wish you a successful season!
Thank you, I also wish you a successful season.
